We send out weekly reports to our owner operators on Fridays letting them know what their weekly earnings are, and a log of the trips they have made for the week. All carriers are sent an invoice on Fridays for our dispatching services.
We are a very family-oriented company. All of our drives are important to use, and it is important that you stay safe on the road. We like to send cards out to our drivers for holidays and their birthdays.

Our Background Story
CEO Jamaul Black was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He obtained his CDL in 2007 and then he became an Owner Operator in June 2008. Jamaul has 17 years of trucking experience with 16-year experience as an Owner Operator and sometimes still drives trucks. He obtained his LLC in 2013, and his company was originally called J&B Trucking, and he then changed his company’s name to 3rd Coast Trucking and Logistics in 2019. He knows the challenges you may face as an owner operator, and he is here to help you maximize your earnings and minimize your stress.
Jamaul was able to teach his wife Tierria Black the logistics of truck driving and dispatching for owner operators. He was able to expand her knowledge within the industry for over the past year. Tierria has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from THE Texas Southern University in the heart of Houston, Texas. She has over 5 years of experience with being a Parole Officer, Social Worker, and Supervisor for Child Protective Services. She has excellent customer service skills and has a big passion for helping others.
